Gabriel Freeman, GLF Analytics, Los Angeles

The data and the tech behind growing brands.

I help brands grow with numbers and the right tools. Since 2017 I have set up the systems companies use to set goals, track them, and hit them: the reporting, the audits, and the tech that lets a business run and scale.

Independent since 2021

Marketing since 2017 and independent since 2021

Case Study Hospitality

Bartaco

Coastal-themed restaurant chain serving food inspired by Latin America, Asia and the Mediterranean.

Led digital growth across ordering, loyalty, and paid channels across 34 markets.

Challenge

The business needed unified digital systems to scale ordering and marketing performance.

Solution

Launched QR ordering, scaled loyalty and email strategy, and optimized paid media and delivery channels.

Outcome

34 markets, more than two years, ongoing.

Case Study Enterprise

Unilever

A global consumer goods giant that acquired health and wellness brand Liquid I.V.

Built a BigQuery source of truth for Beauty & Wellbeing DTC brands.

Challenge

Data was fragmented across multiple sources with no unified reporting layer.

Solution

Built the BigQuery warehouse, connected the sources, and wrote the SQL so the brand teams could trust one set of numbers.

Outcome

One warehouse the brand teams report from.

Case Study My own product

birthday-cards.ai

Live since March 2026. One person, the whole stack.

An AI card generator I designed, built, and run. Built with Claude Code on Next.js and Vercel.

Challenge

Take a product the whole way without a team: design, development, database, email, search, and analytics.

Solution

Shipped the generator, then email and gift delivery, then search landing pages. Wrote the tracking myself, about 60 events, so a finished card is counted apart from a click.

Outcome

811 cards made since March 2026, 402 visitors in the last 30 days.

Case Study glf-ai.com

AI for construction management

The work below is for a construction management company in LA. Weekly client reports, contractor PDFs, bids, budgets.

My AI practice for construction teams. Report generators on Power Automate and the Claude API, a bid comparison tool, and the training that got a whole firm prompting.

Challenge

Hours went to formatting and re-typing, report quality varied by author, and any AI tool had to keep client data private.

Solution

A weekly report generator: an employee submits a short form, attaches a contractor PDF, and gets back a branded report. The same architecture became a general document generator and a bid comparison analyzer.

Outcome

Reports, bids, and a prompt library the team runs without me. Every workflow has a named human reviewer.

Built with
  • Power Automate
  • Claude API
  • Azure Document Intelligence
  • Microsoft 365
  • Copilot
  • Claude Code
Covered

workflow design, prompt engineering, document templates, training

Case Study D2C Startup

Gotham Goods

Luxury home and body brand from New York-based retailer Gotham.

Launched a custom ecommerce site with tracking and lifecycle marketing from day one.

Challenge

A new brand needed a custom build, analytics, and a go-to-market plan to drive early growth.

Solution

Managed the agency build, implemented tagging and analytics, and built Klaviyo email programs.

Outcome

A custom site, full tracking, and an email program from day one.
