Challenge
Hours went to formatting and re-typing, report quality varied by author, and any AI tool had to keep client data private.
Solution
A weekly report generator: an employee submits a short form, attaches a contractor PDF, and gets back a branded report. The same architecture became a general document generator and a bid comparison analyzer.
Outcomes
- Client reports are consistent and branded no matter who writes them.
- The bid comparison turns a folder of bids into a four-tab Excel scoreboard. One review showed a $1.3M headline gap between two bids was misleading.
- Eight rounds of training. The whole team licensed and prompting by month four, with a fifteen-prompt library on five shelves.
- Every workflow has a named human reviewer before anything reaches a client.
What I built

- A general document generator and a bid comparison analyzer, built on the same architecture.
- A prompt library the team maintains, plus eight training sessions, so the firm runs the tools without me.
